Good Morning Monday and what a bloody week it was!
OMG this week… So busy, but productive, thank God! What I got done this week:
- Wrote 16,000 words to finish the first draft of On Davis Row 🙂
- Wrote the blurb for On Davis Row (I swear, the 92K word story was easier lol)
- Completed edits on 82,000 words for the re-release of Breaking Point (Oct 27th)
- Organised/ordered 96 paperback pre-order books to be delivered to Denver
- The Weight Of It All was released on Audio
- Negotiated a contract for all FOUR Spencer Cohen books to be done in Audio
- Imagines and Perfect Catch came off KU and went to other retailers
- Set up a CafePress store!
Not to mention the real life/mum things I’ve been doing all week. My kids go back to school this week, so I’ll have some free hours to get everything ready for my big trip to America next week!
Speaking of my trip, I leave home early early next Monday morning (16th) so there’s a very good chance there will be NO post from me next week. And the following Monday, I’ll be in Denver, travelling back to LA, ready to fly home at midnight. So there might not be a post from me for the next two weeks. I’ll be sure to make up for it though with lots of pics when I return.
I’m so excited to meeting up with everyone again, and meeting new faces! I can’t wait!!
For those who may have missed previous posts, this is the gorgeous cover for On Davis Row. I can’t share the blurb yet because it’s unedited. Release date should be late November 🙂
I can’t remember if I’ve shared with you the new cover for Breaking Point… The very talented Reese Dante made the three covers for the re-releases. Due to be out on October 27th, Breaking Point has been re-edited and tidied but no new content has been added.
Be sure to grab POINT OF NO RETURN (book 1 in the Turning Point Series) while it’s still on special for just 99c!
The audio of The Weight of it All was released this week to RAVE reviews! I’m so thrilled people are enjoying Henry and Reed’s story in audio as much as the book, and the wonderful narrator, Joel Leslie, really brings Henry to life.
You can find it at Audible HERE
Tantor Audio have requested all FOUR Spencer Cohen books!! I’m beyond stoked for these boys to go to audio, especially Yanni’s Story, which I’d never have been able to afford to self-pub into audio because of its length. No dates yet, but I’m imagining they’ll be spread out over next year! Stay tuned for more details.
All my books will be coming out of Kindle Unlimited for now. If and/or when I decide to put them back remains to be seen. They probably will but I’m happy for them to go wide at the time being. (New releases will be in KU and Spencer Cohen 1 has two more months).
Imagines is the next title to be released wide.
You can now find Imagines at:
And I’ll share the links to B&N and iBooks when they become available.
Perfect Catch is also going wide!
You can find it at Smashwords and Payhip!
Other retail sites to follow asap!
And my new swag store is now at Cafe Press!! There are lots of new and fun products, so be sure to check them out!
So that’s all my news this week! This week will be busy with travel plans and getting packed and organised. I have some real life things to take care of this week before I leave, so I doubt there’ll be any writing, maybe some tweaking of drafts etc, but that’s about it.
Until then… <3

Good Morning Monday! It’s the end of January already?
Where the heck did this month go? Time sure does fly when you’re busy. And January was hellabusy for me. I’m thinking much of 2017 will be the same. Which is awesome, right? Being busy means more books! Please note, if you look at the menu on this blog, there has been some changes. All book info/buy links, deleted scenes etc have been moved to my new official website and this blog will remain a simple blog for all my weekly updates.
So, this week saw the French translation of Cronin’s Key II go live!
It’s in ebook and paperback format, and you can find it at:
iBooks (ebook only)
Smashwords (ebook only)
Payhip (ebook only)
The paperback version of Perfect Catch is now also available. It’s 75 pages long and retails for USD$5.50. It was the cheapest I could make it.
You can buy the paperback versions at:
I could also have some very exciting news regarding audio very soon. I won’t say anything else just yet in case I jinx myself LOL but yay!
Writing update: I’ve had a rather slower-than-I’d-like week, but the sequel to Imago is at 10K words. It’s maybe a third or quarter way done. 🙂 I can’t wait for you all to meet Lawson and Jack. They are super sweet and lots of fun to write. And speaking of release dates, Imago is only three weeks away! *gulps* Man, I’m so not prepared. I’d ultimately like to have the first draft of the sequel done before the first book comes out, which means I need to write 30-40K in three weeks… If I put my head down, I should be able to do it. Even though I will have edits and formatting to do, and the formatting of another translation in the next week or so. BUT if I can’t meet the deadline, then I should be pretty close.
My kids are still off school (it’s our six week summer break here) but first day back is tomorrow and I can’t wait. I miss my quiet house/workspace. But once they go back to school, I should be able to put my head down and get some words done. I’m just trying not to think of the sporting commitments that go hand in hand with school. LOL
I’m also going to try to line up a live video Q&A in my Facebook Readers’ Group. I’ll put out a call for some questions you want to ask me and I’ll answer them live. Not sure when, but soon. 🙂
Oh, and you might want to keep your eyes on Bayou Book Junkie site. I may or may not be February’s Author of the Month. 😉
That’s all for now. Until next week…

Good Morning Monday ~ Week 2
Wow, we’re into the second week of 2017 already. Time surely flies when there are 7493769495 books to read… 😉
Just a quick update this week. I brought my WIP up to 31K. I’m thinking it will be 40K in total, and I’m hoping to get the first draft done this week before I leave for Sydney on Friday (I’m having a week off and taking the kids + 1 to Sydney for a week of shopping and fun stuff). If you don’t already know, my WIP is called Imago (pronounced emargo) and is about Lawson Gale, a lepidopterist, who finds himself in the woodlands of Tasmania where he meets Parks & Wildlife officer, Jack Brighton. Love and butterflies, my friends.
I’m thinking there will be a sequel because they’re just so stinking cute. I have the cover to Imago and will share it soon. It’s GORGEOUS. Imago should be out late Feb, the sequel possibly April.

Perfect Catch comes off Payhip today and goes onto Amazon KU tomorrow. This is your absolute last chance to grab it before it’s exclusive to Amazon. You can find the link HERE. I will post the links to KU when it goes live 🙂
Switched has been a wonderful success, and I am truly grateful for all my readers. And for those who take the time to review, I give you virtual cookies. <3
In other news, I have the audio of Red Dirt Heart 2 coming out soon, and the French translation of Cronin’s Key II!! 🙂 I’m so excited!
Here’s to a positive week! Lots of words, books and love.
Until next week…

Perfect Catch Release!
Perfect Catch was released last year in the It Was Always You anthology with the M/M Daily Grind authors. It’s now being released as a single short story!
I’m trying something new with this release. This book will be available for purchase on Payhip, for non-Amazon readers, before it goes exclusive to KU.
Payhip dates: Jan 5th – 9th only.
Amazon dates: Jan 10th.
So, if you can’t/won’t buy from Amazon, this is your only chance to grab it. It can be found HERE at Payhip.
Click on cover to buy at Payhip. For those who don’t know, Payhip works as a store front for readers to buy directly from the author. It’s super easy to use, and you get the file directly. You can then send to your kindle or save on your computer, in ePub, mobi, or PDF format. Easy peasy 🙂
Perfect Catch will be removed from Payhip on the 9th January to be exclusive to Amazon Kindle Unlimited on the 10th. Please note, this is a re-release from the anthology and no additional content has been added.
Blurb:
Calvin Lynch and Troy Hoffman have been best mates since they were fourteen years old. They’re both hard-working tradesmen, both love weekends away fishing, both gay, but have never been single at the same time. Until now.
What is supposed to be a weekend away fishing with a group of mates, changes at the last minute when friends bail out in an attempt to give Cal and Troy some alone time.
With more than just hooks on the line, can these two see what’s been right in front of them the whole time?
The Perfect Catch is a short story about falling for your best friend hook, line, and sinker.

Good Morning Monday ~ Hello 2017!
Welcome to 2017!
My first post of the year! I’m not one to make New Year’s resolutions, but I really want 2017 to be productive, happy, and healthy. I’ve set my writing schedule for this year (and had to change it three times already LOL) but it will be another ridiculously busy y
ear.
And what a way to bring in the New Year… When 2017 crawled around, Switched was at #1 on Amazon in six countries (US, UK, DE, CA, FR, BR) !!! And in the Top 5 of another 2 (AUS, NL) !! I am, and will always be, humbled and grateful for you guys. <3 Let’s hope it’s a sign of what this year might bring!

In light of All Romance eBooks closing (and their rather spectacular display of mismanagement, theft and lies – which you can read about HERE and HERE) I’ve started listing my non-Amazon-exclusive titles on Payhip. For those unable/unwilling to use Amazon, it’s a third-party hosting site where customers can pay for, and download, ebooks directly from the author. All payments are done through PayPal, and the file is downloaded directly to your computer. You can check out my profile HERE.
The Weight Of It All is now not exclusive to Amazon! Some other buy links are:
I’m still waiting for the listing to go through to iBooks, B&N, Kobo etc. I will post the links as soon as I have them 🙂
Coming up on the 10th of January, Perfect Catch will release as a single title. It was part of the It Was Always You Anthology where, with the other M/M Daily Grind authors, we raised a phenomenal amount of money for One.N.Ten charity. I will post more on that when we can 🙂 But, getting back to Perfect Catch… It’s a 19K word short s
tory of Cal and Troy, two Aussie best mates who fall for each other, hook, line and sinker.Look at this gorgeous cover, made by the even lovelier Sara York 🙂

I’ll be posting Perfect Catch on Payhip on about the 5th, so non-Amazon customers have a chance to purchase the book, prior to the 10th, when it will go exclusive to KU.
Coming back to my 2017 schedule, at this point, it looks like there will be seven new releases, and four re-releases of books where the rights revert back to me. Eleven in total, not including translations and audio, makes for a busy me. But that means lots of books for readers!
Oh, before I forget, if you want to sign up for my newsletter, for further updates, news, promos and whatnot, you can do that HERE.
So, welcome to 2017! And let’s make it a bloody good one!
Until next week…

Good Morning Monday! Twas two busy weeks before Christmas…
Two busy weeks before Christmas… OMG this year has really flown. I will do a recap on 2016 in the next couple of weeks, but for now all I will say is I’m kinda glad it’s almost over… It’s been a SUPER busy week, and the next two will be even more so. *sigh*
My kids finish school this week. Aussie kids are winding down their school year and getting ready for summer break. It’s six weeks of “Muuuum, I’m bored. What can I do?” I’m looking forward to the sleep-ins, I will admit, but not to the constant interruptions. Working from home is awesome in so many ways, except during school holidays LOL. I can foresee a lot of hours spent at the local library … And for the record, whenever my kids tell me they have nothing to do (as they put down their iPhones and step over the PS4 and XBoxOne, ignore the dog, and their bikes and sports gear) I give them housework chores to do. This usually insures two things: One, they do some housework that I’ve put off doing because I hate it. And Two, they don’t complain to me again. It’s a win/win 🙂
Okay, so for some news on the writing front…
Switched, all 74K words of it, is with my editor. I’m still shooting for a release date of Dec 27th, but this is tentative. My poor editor has been unwell, so basically Switched will release when it’s ready. I’d love for it to be before the year ends, but I can’t guarantee it.
Perfect Catch, my 20K short story which was part of the It Was Always You anthology with the other awesome M/M Daily Grind authors will also be out as a separate release in early January.
I have an awesome cover for it, made by the very talented Sara York 🙂

Please Note: Perfect Catch will be exclusive to Amazon for 90 days upon release. It is currently available at all retail sites as part of the anthology. You can grab it now from iBooks ~ Amazon ~ Kobo
<3
The N.R. Walker Starter Pack also went live!!!! I’m super excited about this. A collection of five of my books (Red Dirt Heart, Cronin’s Key, Sixty Five Hours, Spencer Cohen Book One, and Blind Faith) in the one book for new-to-me readers, or those who might be new to the m/m genre can grab five best-selling books at a bargain price!
You can grab it at Amazon 🙂
And finally, instead of having a break and resting my poor sore hand/wrist, I’ve dived straight into a new WIP. It was an idea that came from nowhere and it wasn’t even on my schedule to write, but the idea and the characters wouldn’t go away. So I did the only thing I can do to shut them up, and that’s to write them down. I’m only 5K words into it but I have a title and a cover already, which I’m keeping it under wraps for now. I don’t want to jinx the story – it’s flowing really well – and I feel if I do a show-and-tell too early, the characters will stop talking. All I will say, is that it’s Australian based, will be approximately 30K words long (I think) and will be fluff and smut 🙂 I envisage a release date sometime in February 🙂
Okay, told you it was a busy one… Until next week.
