Good Morning Monday ~ Last Monday Post of 2019!
And what does 2020 look like for me?
Another year done, and let’s be honest, 2019 has been a rough one. As a whole though, the last decade has been very good to me. In the last ten years, I began writing, then writing full-time, and that is an honour and a privilege. I got to travel the world and meet online friends who became real-life friends. I got to see my kids grow into young adults, and I accepted parts of myself I didn’t even know needed accepting. There have also been some hurdles, but we survived, and I’m gonna do my best to make 2020 the best year yet!!
So far, I have six books planned, seven audios (maybe eight), and possibly six translations. That’s kinda busy LOL.
My releases for books will look a bit like this:
March
April
June
August
October
December
Though that may change, given I’ll be travelling for four weeks in June/July. I’m currently writing my March release book, and real-life has utterly kicked my arse with kids and school, visitors, and Christmas etc. So the going is slow. I’m going to knuckle down this week and try for some big word counts. Given both kids AND my husband are on holidays, it’s probably not likely but I’m sure gonna try.
The Audio Releases schedule is, at this point, any one’s guess. What I can tell you is that SIR is done and will be uploaded into ACX asap, and Tallowwood is scheduled to be done really soon. I can assume SIR will be out January, and Tallowwood possibly February. The other audios scheduled to be done (so far) are The Hate You Drink, Private Charter, Imago and Imagines. I’m super excited to announce Antony Ferguson will be narrating these.
If I can wrangle any new Australian-based books into audio in 2020 that aren’t released yet, I’ll be asking Glenn Lloyd to do those.
I have a lot happening in my personal life this coming year as well. Suffice to say, I’ll need to be focused on my work to see this schedule into fruition. That may mean less time on social media, but these Good Morning Monday posts should still happen. Forgive me if I miss one or two 😉
★☆ The Dichotomy of Angels ★☆
★☆ O U T N O W ★☆
The Dichotomy of Angels is OUT NOW and people are LOVING Nathaniel and Chasan’s story! It’s a mix of humour and angst, and while it is about angels, it’s not a religious book at all. It’s more like Shadow Hunters meets Kindergarten Cop. LOL I hope you enjoy it too!
